Travel Guidline
Sedan Options: Swift Dzire, Toyota Etios, Tata Zest, Hyundai Xcent, or Nissan Sunny (one will be assigned)
SUV Options: Innova, Xylo, or Ertiga (one will be assigned)
Passenger Capacity:
- Sedan: Maximum 4 passengers
- SUV: Maximum 7 passengers
Trip Coverage Requirements:
- Minimum 130 km for one-way trips
- Minimum 250 km for round trips
One-Day Round Trip:
- Must be completed by 11:00 PM at the pickup location
Waiting Charges:
- Rs.150 per hour during the trip
- No charges for food, tea, or restroom breaks
Cancellation Charges:
- Rs.300 if the driver has already arrived
Luggage Handling:
- Rs.300 for loading luggage in the carrier (if specified in the quote)
Essential Notes:
- Recording the starting and ending kilometers is mandatory
- Permit fees and driver allowances are as per the quote
- Toll fees will be paid via Fastag by the driver
Payment Method:
- Transfer via online payment or cash
End of Trip (EOT) Calculations:
- Based on total running kilometers and tolls paid via Fastag. All other charges apply separately.
Additional Charges:
- Toll fees, interstate permits, hill charges, pet charges, and waiting fees (if applicable)
Bangalore Trips:
- Minimum 300 km per day for round trips
Definition of a Day:
- A day is counted from midnight (12:00 AM) to the following midnight (12:00 AM)
